A. Introduction

H. Youtube
We have also integrated YouTube videos on our websites which are stored on http://www.youtube.com and which can be viewed directly from our websites. They are all included in the "extended data protection mode", that is that no data concerning you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. The data mentioned in the paragraph below will only be transferred when the videos are played. We have no influence on this data transmission.
By visiting our websites, YouTube receives the information that you have opened the corresponding sub-page of our websites. If you are logged into Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this association with your YouTube profile to occur, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses it for advertising, market research and / or proper website design.
Such an assessment takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) in order to provide advertising in accordance with needs and to inform other users of the social network of your activities on our websites. I. Google reCAPTCHA
On our websites, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 United States.
The reCAPTCHA service is used to check whether the data entered on the contact form has been entered by a user or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the site visitor according to different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the site. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (for example, the IP address, the duration the visitor has been on the website or the mouse movements made by the user). K. Process linked to newsletter management
The email address entered when registering for the newsletter on our websites will be communicated for the sole purpose of distributing the newsletter to a subcontractor, in particular the company "Mailchimp", a service of the Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318 which undertakes to process and store all the data entrusted in accordance with the GDPR and / or the LPD. Your personal information is never transmitted to a third party, except for the providers which BTEE SA uses. Neither BTEE SA, nor its partners, market your personal data.

M. Personal information duration’s storage
The information you provide to us through our websites is stored in order to respond to your requests. This information is kept for the duration needed by BTEE SA for processing purpose’s fulfillment and according to the data retention’s legal obligations. The retention period of the communicated data depending on the request, BTEE SA will communicate on request, on a case-by-case basis, this duration and the criteria we use to determine it.
We keep personal data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes described in this privacy policy. Personal data is then deleted or made anonymous.
N. Data’s deletion after account’s deletion
Data purge processes are put in place in order to provide for their effective deletion as soon as the retention or archiving period necessary for the accomplishment of the determined or imposed purposes is reached. You also have the right to delete your data which you can exercise at any time by contacting the controller.

You have the following rights:

In case we become aware of illegal access to your personal data stored on our servers or those of our service providers, or unauthorized access resulting in the realization of the risks identified above, we undertake at:
